Eco Systems Group delivers fully compliant retrofit programmes for housing associations, local authorities and Tier 1 contractors. We are PAS 2030 certified, work to PAS 2035, and are MCS-certified and TrustMark registered, so every measure we install meets the requirements for Warm Homes and other government-funded schemes. Since 2012 we have installed over 15,000 insulation and renewable measures.
Fully Compliant for Funded Retrofit
Government-funded retrofit has strict requirements. Under the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, installers must be TrustMark registered, energy efficiency measures must be installed by PAS 2030 certified installers under PAS 2035, and heat pumps, solar and batteries must be installed by MCS-certified installers. We meet all of these.

Wall Insulation
Cavity wall insulation (EPS bead and blown fibre) with a 25-year guarantee, plus external and internal wall insulation across all wall archetypes.

From Survey to Handover
- Survey and assessment to PAS 2035, including borescope checks on cavity walls.
- Coordination and design, fabric first, with the right ventilation strategy for each archetype.
- Resident liaison before, during and after works, with uniformed, ID-carrying teams.
- Installation mainly by our own trained teams, with a vetted subcontractor network for scale.
- Quality and lodgement: pre- and post-install checks, photographic evidence and TrustMark lodgement.
- Handover and reporting: guarantees, certificates and completion packs, with programme reporting.
We work directly with housing associations and councils, or as a delivery partner within a Tier 1 contractor’s supply chain. We cover London, the South East and the East of England, with UK-wide mobilisation by project.
