Insulation board is a great option as it requires a quick install with little-to-no mess. High-density rigid foam insulation boards can be inserted into the gap between your joists or rafters, and the reflective coating aids them in keeping heat inside your property. Due to their dense structure, the product itself is not breathable so an air gap between the roof/wall and insulation board is necessary.

In order for insulation boards to work effectively, installation by an experienced installer is recommended.
