2. A friendly call back
One of our team will call you to talk through your home, your energy bills and what you want to achieve. If it makes sense, we’ll book your free survey at a time that suits you. We aim to survey within 48 hours of your enquiry.
3. Your free home survey
A surveyor visits your home to look at your roof, loft, walls, electrics and how you use energy. For solar, we check your roof’s direction and any shading. For insulation, we check your walls and loft are suitable. It usually takes under an hour, and it’s a good time to ask any questions.
4. A clear, written quote
We send you a written quote showing exactly what we recommend, why, and the price. No hidden extras and no pressure. Take your time, compare us with others, and ask us anything. Your quote also sets out the guarantees and warranties that come with each measure, as these vary by product, and any deposit needed to book your installation.
5. Installation day
Once you’re happy, we agree an installation date, usually within 14 days of you accepting your quote. Our trained, uniformed installers arrive on time, protects your home, and keeps everything tidy. Most solar and battery installations take one to two days. Most insulation jobs take a single day.
6. Handover and aftercare
Before we leave, we walk you through what’s been installed and set up your app so you can see what your solar and battery are doing. We handle the paperwork: your MCS certificate, notifying the network operator, and registering your guarantees. If you ever need us afterwards, we’re a phone call away.

Is the survey really free? Yes. The survey and quote are free, with no obligation to go ahead.
Will you pressure me to buy? No. We give you a clear written quote and you decide in your own time.
Do you use subcontractors? Around 90% of our installations are carried out by our own teams. At busy times we may use installers from our regular, trusted network, who we know well and who work to exactly the same standards.
How soon can you install? Usually within 14 days of you accepting your quote.
What happens if something goes wrong later? Call us. We look after our customers after installation, and your guarantees and warranties are registered from day one.
